Yamin has been a key member of the Colliers team since joining the firm in 2011 in Calgary, Canada. In 2015, he took on the role of leading the Middle East business, where his expertise in budgeting, project planning, risk management, regulatory compliance, and strategic guidance has been instrumental in managing large-scale, complex assignments for both global and local clients.
In his new role as Managing Director, Yamin will oversee business operations and drive new business development across the Middle East. The region is experiencing high demand for real estate assets across various sectors, including mixed-use developments, hospitality, retail, office spaces, industrial facilities, and residential projects. Additionally, alternative asset classes are also seeing steady growth. As a proven leader with in-depth knowledge of the business and the market, Yamin has been appointed to expand Colliers’ presence in the region and strengthen its business relationships.
