ROSHN Group, a leading real estate developer in Saudi Arabia and a key PIF-owned giga-project, recently showcased its extensive developments and collaborative opportunities at the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF) Private Sector Forum. Held at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Centre in Riyadh on February 6-7, the forum highlighted ROSHN Group’s significant role in advancing Saudi Vision 2030 through private sector growth, job creation, and economic diversification.
At the event, ROSHN Group presented an immersive booth featuring LED map tables that illustrated their transformative mixed-use projects. These developments, marked by integrated amenities and cutting-edge technology, are reshaping urban living across the Kingdom.
The forum also provided a platform for ROSHN Group to emphasize the opportunities for local, regional, and international businesses to engage in Saudi Vision 2030’s growth strategy. The Group’s commercial team conducted a demand-signalling workshop, engaging with private sector entities to explore potential collaborations. Attendees gained insights into ROSHN Group’s values, strategic ambitions, and future plans, fostering a deeper understanding of partnership opportunities.
David Grover, ROSHN Group’s CEO, expressed pride in participating in the forum, stating, “Joining PIF at the private sector forum allows us to showcase our partnership opportunities and advance our mandate to transform urban living in the Kingdom. Our collaborations are crucial for achieving Vision 2030’s goals, driving economic growth, creating jobs, and enhancing domestic capabilities. As we prepare for the global spotlight of Expo 2030 in Riyadh, these agreements will accelerate our efforts to deliver innovative living solutions, economic development, and improved quality of life throughout Saudi Arabia.”
During the forum, ROSHN Group signed three significant contracts with Saudi partners to bolster their forthcoming projects:
- Alayuni Investment & Contracting Company: Tasked with designing and building over 400 single-family homes along with public amenities in ROSHN’s ALFULWA community in the Eastern Province.
- ANSAB General Contracting Company: Responsible for designing and constructing potable water and sewage pipelines, CEC plots, landscaping, and infrastructure, as well as conducting data collection and studies in ALFULWA.
- Saudi Ceramics Company: Collaborating on ceramic products, including tiles, sinks, bathtubs, and water-saving toilets, in alignment with ROSHN Group’s commitment to water and energy conservation.
These agreements build on ROSHN Group’s previous multi-million SAR partnerships with Saudi companies such as PC Marine Services and Saudi Pan Kingdom Company. By signing these contracts, ROSHN Group reinforces its Vision 2030 commitments, contributing to a dynamic, diverse Saudi economy with robust investment opportunities and support for entrepreneurs.
The PIF Private Sector Forum, part of PIF’s Strategic Initiative to engage the private sector, saw participation from over 80 PIF portfolio companies, more than 8,000 private sector representatives, and over 20 Saudi government ministers. ROSHN Group’s presence at the forum highlighted their role as a transformative force in real estate development across Saudi Arabia, creating vast opportunities for partnerships in construction, consultancy, and beyond.
