Lifestyle Developers has announced a new partnership with Marriott International to debut the first Autograph Collection Hotel in Jeddah. The B Hotel, set to be part of the Autograph Collection, will be located in Jeddah’s up-and-coming waterfront area, South Ubhur.
Sultan Sobhi Batterjee, Founder and President of Lifestyle Developers, expressed enthusiasm about the project, stating, “We are thrilled to introduce the Autograph Collection to Jeddah. The B Hotel is expected to feature 100 guest rooms, including over 40 suites, each combining Saudi Arabia’s cultural richness with contemporary elegance. Planned amenities include multiple dining options, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a kids’ club. The hotel will also offer versatile event spaces suitable for meetings and special occasions.

Strategically situated in South Ubhur, The B Hotel will offer direct views of Ubhur Creek and be close to key landmarks such as King Abdullah Sports City Stadium and King Abdul Aziz International Airport. South Ubhur is rapidly becoming a popular destination for leisure and family activities.
