Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN) Begins Construction on New Entertainment Hub in Almadinah
Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has initiated construction on a new entertainment destination in Almadinah. The project is being carried out by BUJV, a joint venture between Al Bawani Co. Ltd. and UrbaCon Trading & Contracting.
This new entertainment hub aligns with the region’s strategy to enhance living conditions and rejuvenate local communities. It aims to provide both residents and visitors with unique and engaging entertainment experiences.

The SEVEN Almadinah project features a diverse array of attractions designed to captivate and entertain. Located adjacent to King Fahad Central Park, the SEVEN Almadinah development spans over 100,000 square meters with a built-up area exceeding 84,000 square meters. The design integrates the park’s scenic trails with the destination’s landscaped paths and gardens, creating a seamless entertainment oasis for the community.
The family entertainment center will feature world-class rides within a 4,000-square-meter area. Highlights include an e-karting track with over 330 meters of track across two levels, a Discovery Adventures center offering immersive exploration with treehouse trails and jungle-themed challenges, and a Play-Doh center with three sensory zones for children.
The entertainment complex will showcase SEVEN’s signature attractions, including a cutting-edge IMAX cinema with VIP screens, a futuristic 10-lane bowling alley, and a wellness center for relaxation. Additionally, visitors can enjoy a diverse selection of international and local retail and food and beverage options.
SEVEN is investing over SAR 50 billion to develop 21 entertainment destinations across 14 cities in Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Kharj, Makkah, Jeddah, Taif, Dammam, Khobar, Al Ahsa, Almadinah, Yanbu, Abha, Jizan, Buraidah, and Tabuk. These projects are set to deliver world-class entertainment experiences and forge global partnerships within the sector.
