Jubail Island is set to unveil a comprehensive array of luxury amenities as it nears completion and prepares for the handover of its six master-planned villa communities in early 2024. The island’s luxury features will be overseen and supported by Jubail Island Community Management (JICM).

What’s On Offer
Jubail Island will feature over 18,000 square meters of office space spread across four buildings, and more than 8,000 square meters allocated for retail outlets. Residents will have convenient access to four community centers within walking distance.
The island’s design integrates seamlessly with its natural surroundings, featuring mangrove forests as part of the Abu Dhabi Mangrove Initiative. Planned amenities include an eco-retreat and the Jubail Mangrove Park. Recreational options will encompass a horse-riding school, a kayaking center, paddle and beach clubs, and two exclusive yacht clubs.
Fitness and Wellness Facilities
JICM will also manage a range of fitness and wellness amenities, including two large outdoor gyms, three indoor gyms, three community pools, and multi-use games areas and courts. Additional features include eight children’s outdoor play areas, a skate park, a bounce park, fitness trails, jogging paths, and cycling tracks.
Community Infrastructure
The island will be equipped with seven mosques, a nursery, a K-12 private school, a medical clinic, and a Civil Defence Centre. A large Spinneys supermarket will be located in Souk Al Jubail, the island’s central commercial hub, designed to cater to the needs of its 10,000 residents and commuters.
Situated between Yas Island and Saadiyat Island, Jubail Island is envisioned as a premier sanctuary in Abu Dhabi, appealing to wellness and nature enthusiasts within a biodiverse mangrove setting.
